Hey dude, I need your advice on something.
At your age (60+) you’ve been through a lot and during your career you’ve seen a lot of people working in the Bay Area (eg San Francisco Bay, Sillicon Valley). I am trying to figure out whether I should go for that MBA or not. What do you think? Will it help?
Sure it will. I’ve seen a lot of people with MBA.
Yeah, ok, but were they successful?
Half of them were idiots but yes, most of them were successful.
So do you think it’ll worth the 100k investment?
Well, don’t worry about the money. After the first 2 years you’ll make 5 times more than that per year. You will look back and consider the 100k a minor investment.
Really? Do you really think it is that good? Also, do you think I am a good match for an MBA?
Yeah, it is good indeed. Plus, you’re not that far from being an idiot yourself, so it’ll be good for you.
Haha. Funny you. You know, I come here full hearted, looking from an advice from a wise man with grey hair and there you go, making fun of me again. And then you walk around asking me what’s wrong with our relationship.
We have no relationship.
Ok, fine. We’re making so much fun of each other that I don’t even believe you now. Think it through, and tell me more later. I want to decide whether I should signup for Berkley.
There’s nothing to think about. While I was in the Bay Area I used to work with a lot of Berkley idiots, hence I know many of them.
Where they successful idiots?
Yes, all of them.
Ok, I want to be one of those idiots than.
Sign up for that stupid thing and you’re on the right track.
I’ll think about that. Thanks!
Sure, no problem.
